Just a reminder that JH Boys Bball and JH Girls wrestling practices will start on Monday, January 5. They will run from 3:15-5. Shuttle will be provided.

Both 4th grade classes enjoyed a morning of treats, Bingo, a bucket guessing game, and opening presents. Then they watched a movie in the gym in the afternoon. Merry Christmas from 4th grade!

Cougars! Join us for a Pork Loin Supper on January 2, 2026 from 5-7 pm.

Fourth graders designed homes that would appeal to gingerbread families in CCT class. Once completed, these kindergarteners helped select homes that the gingerbread men would like to buy by looking at curb appeal, expense, and room descriptions. Eight homes would "sold" today! :)

Mr. Peterson's class participated in some hands-on Christmas centers during CCT class!

Mrs. Abbas's 4th graders spent a fun afternoon building gingerbread houses with Mrs. Meyer's kindergarten class.

Please join us in congratulating Andy Stahl, an 8th grade student, on an outstanding achievement.

Andy has been officially selected to participate in the All State Game Football event. This is a significant honor that recognizes his talent, work ethic, and commitment to the game. Being chosen for an All State Game places Andy among a select group of athletes who have demonstrated exceptional performance and potential.

Andy will represent our school as a running back and is part of the Class of 2030. We are proud of his dedication, discipline, and the way he represents himself, his teammates, and our school community.

Congratulations, Andy. This is a well earned accomplishment, and we look forward to watching you continue to grow and succeed.

Thursday's HS Wrestling vs DNH will be in Wellsburg after the JH wrestling meet has concluded. We are anticipating a 7:45 start but is subject to change. Admission will be cash only and will be the MS admission price of $3. NICL and school passes will still be accepted.

Sweatshirts and mittens and hats, oh my! Elementary families, please encourage your student(s) to look through our lost and found tables in the entryway. All items left on the table at the end of the day on December 19th will be donated to our nurse's supply.

Join the AGWSR Concert Band and Concert Choir for their Winter Concert on Dec. 15, 2025 at 7pm. We will be performing some all time classic Christmas music along with some newer works. The kids have been working hard, we hope you can come join us for some great music.
