Cougar's Den and Discovery Preschool's Preschool and TK Sign-Ups for the 2025-26 school year are next week!

The 8th graders have started a penny war to raise money for Retrieving Freedom-Changing lives through the training and placement of Service Dogs for Veterans with disabilities and children with autism. This will run until April 25th. Can’t wait to see which group has the most points!

Discovery Preschool had a busy week continuing their learning about community helpers and safety! The Post Office, People’s Savings Bank, and the library did an excellent job showing our preschoolers what their job involves and why they are important to our community. Chase from Grundy County Emergency Management came in and spoke to the class about emergency preparedness, and played an intense game of ‘telephone’ to show how important it is to be organized during an emergency. We ended our week at the Fire Station learning all about safety, what firefighters do, their tools, and -of course- the fire truck and ambulance. We are grateful for a community that goes above and beyond for our students!

Come support the creativity of AGWSR students at our upcoming Art Show!

On Saturday members of the High School Music Department participated in the State Solo and Small Ensemble Contest at Don Bosco High School. Students performed by themselves and in small groups for one judge who awarded them a rating. AGWSR took 15 total events to the contest. We had a good day, and are proud of the work all our students put in to prepare and grow as musicians. Check out the picture for our full results.
