Mrs. Abbas's 4th graders had a fun day at Progressive Agriculture Safety Day learning about gun safety, electrical safety, fire safety, emergency management, sun safety, grain bin safety, tractor/semi safety, stranger safety, lawn mower safety, and wound care.
The kindergarten classes had a great day learning at Hartman Reserve Nature Center. They sent us back with our own animals to watch hatch and release!

Special Shout-out to Cougar Impact for sponsoring field trips! The 8th grade class enjoyed their big field trip on Friday, and they had a blast! Over 60% of the students had never been to Tokyo Bay or tried ice skating before. It was wonderful to give them the opportunity to experience something new. This group will be truly missed at the middle school next year.

On Tuesday, the 4th graders got the opportunity to learn about trees and then help plant their class tree at Prairie Bridges. Thanks to Greenbelt Bank, Calkins Nature Center, and Hardin County Conservation for sponsoring and making this opportunity available to our students.

Due to the forecast, the HS Girls Golf team will not be going to their meet at BCLUW tonight (4/28).
There will be no JH track meets or practices for April 28th due to pending weather.
Reminder that 4/28 HS Boys Golf at AP has changed its start time from 12:30 PM to 9:00 AM.
The HS Choir got a chance to trade performances with Knoxville HS's chamber choir today. It was exciting to hear another great choir perform. Knoxville and AGWSR's chamber choirs are performing a combined concert tonight at East Friesland Church at 6pm. Come join us!
